LetsVIP is a chauffeur and executive car service for Bristol and the South West. We are a licensed and insured private hire operator, working for clients who value a well-prepared car, a professional chauffeur and privacy as standard.
What we are
We are a small chauffeur service, not an app and not a call centre. We do one thing: move people who care how they are looked after. Every engagement is planned in advance, agreed in writing and driven by a professional chauffeur who knows the route before you step in.
Our chauffeurs
Our chauffeurs are vetted, presented properly and chosen as much for judgement as for driving. They park early and wait, they help with cases without being asked, and they know when to talk and when to leave you to your call. You are told your chauffeur's name and the registration the day before, so nobody arrives to a stranger.
Discretion as standard
Discretion is not an upgrade with us, it is the default. We do not discuss who we carry or where they go. Where a client has their own security team, our chauffeurs are comfortable working alongside them, and movements can be planned quietly and kept off any public record.
How we work
You send an itinerary, we return a considered quote, and the price we confirm is the price you pay. Timings, addresses and any preferences are set in writing before the day, and nothing is added at the kerb. Corporate clients are invoiced monthly rather than charged trip by trip.
When we are not the right answer
If you want the lowest possible price for a short hop across the city, a firm charging by the meter will beat us on cost, and we will say so. What we offer is different: a named chauffeur, a prepared car and time held for you. Clients who want that tend to stay with us for years rather than journeys.
Where we drive
We are based in Bristol and serve the whole South West, including Bath, Clifton and Portishead. Airport work runs to Heathrow, Gatwick and Bristol, and long-distance journeys anywhere in the UK are quoted on request.
